At Piedmont Interventional Pain Care, PA, we are dedicated to helping provide relief to patients experiencing chronic and acute pain. We evaluate, diagnose and treat pain conditions utilizing the most current technology, medication and interventional therapies in a state-of-the-art facility.

Our entire staff is very focused in patient care and comfort and committed to helping our patients return to a better quality of life following an accident, injury or other ailment contributing to their pain.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Robert Wilson, II, is the founder of Piedmont Interventional Pain Care. For ten years, he has proudly served patients in Salisbury and greater Rowan County region. Dr. Wilson is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is trained in the latest pain management techniques and therapies and was the first in the Southeastern United States to implant a spinal cord stimulation system with a three lead array. Dr. Wilson also travels the United States educating and training physicians and surgeons in implant therapies.

Piedmont Interventional Pain Care is pleased to welcome Kris Watson, Physician Assistant, to our distinguished team of medical providers. His expertise includes joint pain, orthopedic injuries and sports medicine. Kris prefers to take a non-surgical approach to orthopedic pain when possible.
